Last month, we began with this statement: “the last three weeks have seen the slowed-market reverse course, and for the time being at least, go straight back to market conditions last seen in First Quarter 2018.”
Expanding that sentiment as the Spring comes bombing in:
Buyers are Buying again. Since the third week of January, market activity has closely tracked 2017 and 2018 activity.
As of this writing, in the El Paso and Teller County Single-Family Home market, there are 4 under contract homes for every 3 active listings.
Price Changes have become less frequent as well.
